Mt. Tamalpais painting, spring storm

I just finished up this Mt. Tamalpais landscape painting that I started back in April. You can see snapshots of it in progress here.

It's a pretty big piece, at 5 feet across, large enough to feel like a grand window onto the landscape. It fills your view, and has a dramatic presence.

The view is towards San Francisco from Mt. Tam, with Mt. Diablo dimly visible off to the left and the Pacific on the right. A spring storm, with it's giant towers of Cumulonimbus cloud is clearing over San Francisco.
